(They had an empty room next to ours with the view we paid for) that was empty, but later that night they checked someone else into that room. The best they could do was move us to a cheaper room the next day, and charge us less. We had paid for the upgraded Executive Pool View Room with Lanai. When we finally got into our room about 5 pm after moving car, (and waiting on valet service for luggage), the closet doors were off the track, and we had requested a microwave which was suppose to be in the room and wasn't. Room was finally was ready around 4:35 PM. OK not bad as we were a bit early, at 3:10 PM, were were told yes they were in room cleaning another 15-20 minutes. Well it all started shortly after we arrived: We arrived at 2:30 PM & we were told our room would be ready in 15-20 minutes, they were putting a rush on it.
